They are 2 different apps and according to Appshopper the ipad version is now $1.99

Interestingly (actually, probably not at all!) in the description in your screenshots both say they are now free for a very limited time?

Yes I noticed that too, like you I already have them.....that's where Appshopper comes in handy.
