Apps for creating podcast?

Anyone know of any apps for ipad3 that can be used to create a podcast or extended recording.

Trying to set up a audio recording to go along with my blog, similar to a podcast. Any info helps.. Thanks

If its just audio you could use GarageBand but if you want video too you could try Ustream Broadcaster.
