    We've seen lots of ex-Apple staff vent publicly. This is one disgruntled Apple store employee from the UK Regent St store -- http://www.twitter.com/AppleRegentSt -- giving you the view from the other side.

    He really should find other employment since he hates his job so much. Maybe something where he doesn't have to deal with the public?

    Anyone Who Works With Customers Have Days

    ...like this person! I'm hoping he is using Twitter as a way to vent his frustrations with the customers he interacts and not actually take it out on a poor, innocent customer. I can relate to his frustrations with the generally clueless customers that come into the store and expect world peace and the ability to buy a product at bargain prices.

    But on the other hand, this person really needs a long holiday or another job!

    This is not a disgruntled Apple employee. This is a disgruntled person. Needs help, IMHO.

    I go to the regent store and covent garden apple store regularly, and drool over macbook and imac, luckily i am very certain i have not met this person, the ones i have dealt with were very helpful and not off putting.
