Apple newbie!

Hi all, got the iPhone 4s and loved it, so got the iPad at Xmas - love it even more! Great to find this site to help me get more from this gorgeous piece of kit. The one really major problem I've had is getting Outlook on it for emails. I'm not very 'techy', so any easy instructions will be VERY much appreciated!

Hi magic...welcome to the forum!! Isn't the iPad just a great device. I noticed that you had a question regarding setting your email.

Check this link from Apple. This should help you get started in setting up your email account. I have Microsoft outlook and felt that the set up was fairly easy. It asked for domain setting and user name and password for my email. Make sure you have all the information for set up to save time. Good luck!

Hi there, many thanks for your help. It seems my error was trying to set up as a POP account. Am now receiving emails on both iPad and iPhone. Thanks again from a very happy Applebunny!
