Apple ID and password

    Hello. When I try to access the App Store, I am told that my password is incorrect. It shouldn't be, but when I try to reset the password, Apple says it has sent an email that I need to retrieve. I am not receiving this email. It is not in my in box, nor is it in my spam box. Where is it? What should I do? Thanks for any advice.
