My App Store app indicates I have 3 updates, but when I open the app, the screen is empty. My husband is experiencing the same problem with his iPad as well. Is there anyone else out there with the same problem, or knows how to solve this problem?

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Morgan Le Fay,

Welcome to the forum. I haven't had that problem.
However, have you tried closing and reopening the App which could sort out the problem.
Are other apps playing up?

If you are experiencing persistent problems with an app other ways to sort things are firstly to switch the iPad off and then on again.

If that's no good, reboot the iPad by holding down the home button and on off switch together for some seconds until you get the message power off.
Say yes.
Wait some seconds then restart the ipad by pressing and holding the on off switch until the apple logo comes on. The iPad will reboot.
You then switch it back on and hopefully everything will worked it should.

Now, it's also worth checking the iPad manual which should be preloaded with your iPad. Alternatively, The iPad manual is here.
http://www.support.apple.com/manuals/ipad/

Then, do read the forum rules which may be found here.

We also have our own App which is easy to navigate.
