Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

I saw your problem with the App Store. Are you trying to access this through the iPad or your PC? If there's a problem with the iPad App Store app, then try completely switching the iPad off and then on again. To completely switch it off, press and hold the Power button until the slider control appears, accept the offer to switch off, wait until the iPad screen goes completely blank (can take several seconds), then switch on again by pressing and holding the Power button until the white Apple logo appears. The iPad will then power up - it takes several seconds. Hopefully this will fix the problem. Apple recommend that you switch the iPad off at least once a week - it fixes all sorts of unusual problems.
