App purchase error

Pls i was trying to upgrade or rather say i was prompt to buy a full version of an app but as i put in my pass word i was told to first buy the app that this app " you cant buy this app with this account.....you have to buy the app that this item is for before buying this app"

What is the app you were trying to buy?Which app were you required to purchase first?

Hi Abbas, there are apps that require first a base App before you can purchase extensions or builders to that app. Have you tried to buy the first app already to see if you can get the additional one?
