App now unavilable

I downloaded a free app called Automasterpiece HD and have been using it for sometime.now I have tried to purchase the app it says not avail in Australia.what does this mean ?i can see the $2.99 version on the Internet but cannot buy any suggestions?

It means that this particular app is not available in the Australian AppStore. Not all apps are available in every AppStore. The wishes of the developer, instructions from Apple, and government rules and laws all affect whether or not a particular app is available in your AppStore.
