hi..whenever i try to download an app using a cellphone network/signal it says that the application is over 20MB and i need a wifi or connect to itunes..and when i open my wifi..it wont download and say that it cannot connect to itunes..i noticed that...when im on my wifi..i cant open itunes and when im on my sim card i cant download any app :S..any know why? thanks alot in advance
