App deletion

I hope I am not duplicating this issue.
Since updating to iOS 7 I cannot get the wiggling app icons that would appear with a 'X' if you wanted to delete an app.

So now I don't know how to delete an app.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check to see if you have any restrictions set in the Settings App.....app deletion is still working the same for me.
