App center not always recognizing my log in

I recently changed my email address. I changed my Apple ID and everything there is fine, but when I try to upload a new app from the app center(on iPad) it says I am not entering the correct password or email. The email it shows is correct but when i enter the correct password it is reading it as incorrect. This only happens with some apps, not all of them.

Please help, this is happening to me also. It was an old work email. I don't want to have to delete and reload each app.
