Thank you Gabe for a great review. I saw you mention this before but this has now convinced me to get this little versatile unit ASAP.

Thanks Andrew, I'm completely blown away at how good this is. I took a punt on it when I saw it but I'm glad I did (not least because it was discounted from £75 to £25, as I recall), a bargain at either price.

Go for it, it's one of those ideal, simple devices that makes you wonder why no one thought of it before......I'm surprised Apple hasn't come up with one of these instead of those ugly adapters that you can plug into the bottom of an iDevice (and even then, only one at a time!).

Great review, I will be ordering one to take with me on my holiday. Seems perfect option for back up and external storage. When I first found the device I recommended it to 2 clients whom left for Europe about 3 weeks ago. Initial reaction from an email was that it does what it is designed to do without complications. Cheers col

Well that sounds great Col! Would you mind telling me where you will be ordering yours from, seeing as you're in the know on these things ;)

Gabe, have you tried out a flash drive in this device yet?

If so, were there any problems? I'm just curious. I rely quite heavily on flash drives for transferring data files and image files.

Not yet but I'll give it a go when I get home today and post my results.
