Well, as of yesterday all my jailbroken iPad 1 (5.0.1) apps disappeared, except the stock apps and my cydia apps (such as ifile, SBsettings, winterboard,etc.). This ocurred when i resprung my iPad right after i did the "update all" for my cydia tweaks, etc. The icons have disappeared, however if i go to ifile all app data is there on /var/mobile/applications. Furthermore, if i go to settings>general>about around 20GB of data is used up, the same amount of memory my apps would take up. Also the apps dont show up on the spotlight search. Please Help, i have tried respringing, rebooting, and reseting my home screen layout but nothing seems to help. Thanks.

By any chance do you have Zeppelin installed? I hear that a recent update is causing problems on an iPad. Removing it (uninstalling it via Cydia) fixes the issue until the developer has fixed the issue.

If no Zeppelin, holler back and we'll take another look at your issue.

After re- reading this, do you mean that apps you got from the App Store have disappeared? Cause you still have the stock and Cydia tweaks...

If so, no worries - just go back to the App Store and re-download them. Once you've bought them (or downloaded ones offered for free), then they are yours and you can re-download at your leisure. Or, connect the iPad back to iTunes and transfer them over that way?
