Any one can help me with the air video app.
I have tried adding my ip address manually but not connecting to my server.
Cheers

Have you added it to port forwarding in your router?

Ok. This is where I struggle. I am logged onto the router and in the port forwarding menu
It's asking me for a predefined service and there is a big list. Which one. Example AIM(tcp:5190)
Thanks ash

Is your server capable of running the airvideo server software?

Yes I presume if it has UPnP enabled it's ok

for anyone having problems with airplay and airvideo in a complex network system...

Be sure to try connecting the Air video server, Air Video device and Airplay device to the same router.

On my system nothing works over Airplay or Airvideo when connected to different routers (although they can all connect to the net just fine).
