Adding text to photos

Does anyone know a photo app that adds JUST PLAIN text to photos don't want bubbles don't want on boarders want to write text place where I want and size it colors would be nice too

my your upside be better then your downside

I have downloaded the app but can not find how to add any text, the keyboard will not come up.

Do you mean Photogene? You tap on text and then drag the type of text box you want onto the photo. Then tap on the box to edit with colour, changes etc.
