Adding a photo to a Facebook comment

Before the IPad update a few weeks ago, I was able to add a photo to any posts that I posted. Now, FB will say that "this app is not enabled". What am I doing wrong?

Are you trying to upload a pic from your camera roll? Make sure that you go to your privacy settings and turn on Facebook to allow pics to be accessible.

Also, moving this to the app section. You have it posted in the app developer section where they announce their new apps.
