Action notes APP

HELLO,
I downloaded today the nice app Action Notes. Looks great and promised a lot for using a the office. But after using it one time I cannot open it anymore. Q: are ther more 'victoms' ?

Hi there...not familiar with this app.

However, have you tried these immediate fixes?

Force the app to quit by pushing the home button twice to bring up your multi-task bar. This will show all the apps that you have visited. By long pressing the app in question, it will begin to jiggle-press the red circle with the negative sign on the app. It will only quit the app and not delete. Than try to re-open the app and test out.

If that doesn't work, restart the iPad by pressing the power switch down to power off.

Third is to do a soft reset by holding the power switch and home button together until you see the apple logo. Hope that helps!

Hi Bert

I'm one of the developers of ActionNotes. I just thought I'd chip in with a bit more advice. If you've tried the suggestions from skimonkey and you're still having problems, then just delete the app and download it again (you won't be charged again). I suspect that if the app was refusing to even launch then something must have become corrupted so it's best to delete it and start again...

If you have any more problems the app has a support forum which you should be able to find by doing a Google search of 'support netwalkapps' - I'm a new member so not allowed to post links apparently :)

or you can just send me a direct message via this forum

Hi Dave, thanks for your help. It works on the moment and the second time downloading isn't charged again.
Nice and pretty to use action notes. Only one small thing: the translation into Dutch of notes is " notitie" and not nota. That's a bill!
