I have iPad1 and now IPad3 with the same account information. How do I get separate account for each of them. So my daughter can have her account on the iPad1

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Do you mean a seperate Apple ID for the app store? Go to Settings - App Store and you will see your ID at the bottom, press this then sign out. The page will change and at the top you will see Sign In, press this and create a new account. If you do it this way you will not be able to share apps etc between each other freely. You can have both iPads on the same Apple ID for purchases - apps, music etc, and have separate iCloud accounts. This would enable you to share all your apps etc, while having separate emails, calendars, contacts, etc. You would also each have your own 5gb storage and online backup. Have a look at these links.
