Code on IPAD such that it is searchable. In addition, I want to put at least 80 gig of presentations, regulations, letters, reports that I have prepared over the years onto IPAD. I'm here to understand how to jailbreak the IPAD 2 and expand its memory beyond the 64 gig zone

The iPads memory is not expandable.

As Dougrogers has said the iPad memory is not expandable but there may be a way around that with an external hard drive or personal cloud. Have a look at this link by one of our Super Moderators which is ongoing now and I think you may find it interesting.
