What is the best note app? More colorful and enganging?
Hi ash...I bought Totes-n-notes a while back. It has cute folders and graphics you could choose from. Sort of cute if you like that kind of thing.

Looks like GoodReader. Haven't got it myself, but other users rave about it. It seems to do everything, and the screenshots in the app store are impressive.
