Hello everyone. New member, profile will come later and also many more questions.
I also will be glad, later on to help if I can.
About Gifs, is there a way to capture Gifs and store them in any app or somewhere else.
Before I was able to copy them but this seems not to be possible anymore with the OS upgrade.
Would it be possible to create a gif library?
    Thanks for any ideas

Not sure what you mean by capturing a GIF on the iPad. However the Photos app has no trouble displaying GIF files. You can send them to it using email, or syncing though iTunes.

GoodReader will also allow you to save and display GIF files, and it has more options for getting them onto and off of the iPad.
