I got ipad2 in xmas... Just wondering why if i played a movie or music, it stop all the time?....

Hi there and welcome.

Try double tapping the home button which will open the task bar. Touch and hold any app in this bar until little minus signs appear in the top left hand corners. Now, touch the minus signs, don't worry, it won't delete the apps, it just removes them from memory. Next, hold the on/off button until the red slider appears on he screen, now slide to off. When it is fully off press the home and on/off buttons together to restart.

Hopefully you will now be good to go but if not then please let us know.

Yeah something like that, if i have watch à movie its stop every seconds, and in music it says no volume available .

It could be that you don't have sufficient bandwidth on your connection to be able to stream.

You can download an app called Speedtest X HD which will check your connection speed, also, it could be a problem at the server end if they are taking a particularly big hit at that time.
