Is it ok to charge with a 20 watt charger?

It will work just fine. I used a 29 watt charger on my first generation iPad Pro with no problems so a 20 watt charger on your second generation iPad Pro will be perfectly all right.

Hi BB - well your question has already been answered, but just for future reference bookmark this Apple Support Article on USB power chargers. For myself to use w/ my iPad Pro or my iPhone XR (of course, cable dependent), my most recent purchase is shown below which provides an iSmart USB port and also a USB C-PD port (PD = power delivery); offers 30W of total charge; also MFi certified (i.e. Apple's 'Made For iDevices' accessory certification). As noted by Scifan.., even higher wattage chargers can be used but the iDevice's circuitry will regulate the maximum input and charging rates. Dave :)
