Got up specially here in the UK (at 6am) after receiving this email a few days ago to order some wraps. After getting to the checkout and having $45 worth of items (price after using code) I was majorly disappointed to find out the only option for delivery to the UK would cost me a further $70! Really shocked by this as I have purchased a good 4/5 wraps from you guys in the past 8months or so and always found it a pleasant experience... Delivery has never cost me that much and I've always had the option for the cheaper delivery (I don't mind if they take a few weeks to get here.. Was going to be Christmas presents anyway). Why would I pay almost double for delivery? And why isn't there an option for Economy delivery? Completely defeats the object of giving customers a 50% discount code. There was no agents available for live chat so I could even query the problem with them. Really soured my experience with you guys so much so that I ordered from else where.

I'm very sorry you had problems ordering from us for our Black Friday sale. When you go to check out it automatically selects that shipping option for you, however there is a drop down for you to select other options. If you would like to place your order with us again through our website, and email me your order number, I can adjust it so that you can have the 50% off and we'll go ahead and give you free shipping. Great customer service from slickwraps as they refunded me the difference on a wrap I already ordered to make up for the misunderstanding on the day of the black Friday sale. Very happy with the response speed as a lot of customer services departments are rubbish but slickwraps sorted the problem for me on the same day
