When a VOIP app hits that uses 'push' update, I.E. wakes the iPad for an incoming call... I'll be a happy man. Until then, I'm unhappy. ;)

You can use Skype for VoIP 'phone access, but there is no app for a non-jail broken iPad that uses the native iPad as a 'phone.
