I think yes, I am going to get it as soon as it comes out in Malaysia. My current phone is a scummy old "smartphone" (Not gonna name the brand). It always drops calls and suffers of rapid battery loss. It was used to replace the iPhone 3GS, because I wanted to get an iPad. So I am going to get the new iPhone 5. My country usually don't have long lines for iPhones since there are many carrier stores and Authorized Resellers. So, probably just go out and buy one I guess. I have my scholarship money to pay for it. I'm excited about iOS 5, and better camera, others, etc. but mostly iOS 5 and iCloud. And yes, Apple is the pioneer of smartphones. Although, I plan to either get the iPhone 5 or the MacBook Pro when it ships with Lion later.
