Sorry my mistake. I checked on online payments and it varies. With eBay Philippines, read the payment options. Either you pay thru bank, cashier's check, postal money order, smart money, electronic visa or master card (easy to apply with any bank). Electronic visa or master is different from a regular visa or master card. As long as that card contains a deposited amount, you're set to use it like a regular card. Hope this helps.
