I tried the pavtube to ripped dvd. went through porcess got it on ipad it stared to play. had to shut it down. when I went to put it back on i got the unknown error. What in god name did I do wrong. Should I delete and try again from beginning?

Hopefully the Pavtube people will come along to assist soon. In the meantime, try the free Handbrake software, using their iPad pre-set.

this sounds very strange, are you sure you operate it in a right way? except that, you also need to make sure you had selected a suitable format for iPad. There are many iPad presets in format list, please choose the one fit for your iPad, you may refer to the guide

Pavtube DVD Ripper has two versions, windows and mac, please according to your computer install the right version. if you still have issues to rip dvds for iPad, you may contact Customer Service Centre for advanced help
