Heard on the news that "Chariots of Fire" is being re-issued for a limited engagement in UK
cinemas for the lead up to the Olympic Summer Games.
Enjoyed the movie the first time around in 1981.

Ok, to answer the OP's question, "what movie IMPRESSED me most" I would say the one that stands out for me is The Matrix.
It's not my favourite film, or the funniest, the one I enjoy watching over and over or even the best I have seen but it did IMPRESS me. The concept, cinematography, techniques and and even the score were all very impressive.
True I have been impressed with film prior and post this one but this is the one that jumped out to me.
