It's a drill bit used for making holes in ceramic or glazed tiles.

Close, but not as delicate as that. I'm pretty sure ceramic and tile bits are sharper than these.
Of course! It's a masonry drill bit. The tip is very similar to a tile drill bit.Quote:

You are absolutely right, Leelai. That one went quickly.
Aren't tongs a great gadget. They handle spaghetti far better than the special ladles. I saw Jamie Oliver using tongs... And the rest is history, as they say.
