I'm with you here. Blending veg takes away the taste and colour of well cooked individual sides.

5 a day is important. We were also told that the more colourful your plateful, the better it is health wise.

Thanks, no experimenting for me. It's not a big deal, just icky, but healthy. We eat lots of veggies, because my husband is mostly vegan, lol. He cooks non-vegan for me. He eats mostly vegan for health, and makes exceptions here and there, but mostly not.
