Yes, some people have no idea what snow can do. My hubby is driving the 4x4 trying to deliver bakery deliveries to the local businesses as his farmers market in Warminster has been closed due to snow. Most of the vans aren't 4x4. Typical. At least he will be home earlier anyway. We are all at home. Yippee!

Today we are experiencing, what snow can do. Wind is blowing with about 70 km/h, there are massive snowdrifts on the streets. Cars get stuck or slide Off the road. Since the day's begun, our fire brigade had to help at least three car-drivers that tried to drive on closed roads.

I'm expecting both my children to come home from Vienna. But the conditions are very bad. I suspect they won't be able to drive home.

Thank you for the pictures, my grandmother on one side was from Austria (my grandfather was from Hungary) and I've never seen it.
