Well, he's Irish so therefore Shamrock. He was given that name before I got him. Love those variations of iced Chelsea buns. We also have iced Danish ones as well. These cakes come home all the time and I'm afraid I'm sick of them now. The novelty is gone. The only things I eat are the cheese straws, choc Danish plaits with pecans and hot cross buns. The bread however is lovely. Never have enough of them especially the pecan one.
