Then ole Will Rogers must have taken a trip thru Regina, Canada. He coined that saying and he's from Oklahoma. LOL

I think every city in the union has that saying about the weather. They say it here in Chicago and I heard it all the time in upstate NY.

Aye Kevin. Well our weather is being most British this week. Yesterday was supposed to be wet all day long. It turned out sunny and warmish!
