Food anyone?

Pasta smasta, I love mushrooms with everything! Eating flaming hot monster munch right now! Don't eat crisps as a rule but couldn't resist.

Tonight i had pasta with meatballs and nice tomato sauce

Feeling lonely,
Hubby in Australia,
Will make myself a prawn laksa for dinner.
Hot and spicy with freshly made coconut milk.

Made an asparagus frittatas for lunch.
Heaps of bacon ,cheese and free range eggs.

I always cook to relax 

Channel 5 has just started a Mexican food series. Superb recipes can be downloaded from the website at http://www.channel5.com/shows/mexica...trip-to-mexico

We will be trying the guacamole and the alcafrolic sorbet  The take on chilli con carne was good.

Sounds excellent! Having grown up in the American Southwest, chili con carne and guacamole are true comfort foods. But methinks, in order to round out the menu, you should look into making refried beans and arroz con pollo to serve with the chili con carne. And do be sure to scoop everything up using a tortilla (the Mexican flatbread, not the Spanish egg dish.) :D
