Step 4 (pour the butter onion garlic sauté overtop
of chopped baked Russet potatoes. Let it settle through the potatoes rather than mix THEN
mash and bake with Swiss cheese on top.

Guaranteed to appease all mutineers.

Lemon cranberry pancakes and Peet's Major Dickason blend.

My husband has been experimenting with pre-making pancakes and then freezing them. We're having ones he made a few days ago, and I think I like them better than freshly made ones, because they're firmer. (He reheated them in the toaster oven.)
