That canned sandwich is touted as good for emergency preparedness, among other uses.
I figure end times will have arrived by the time I'm willing to eat a canned sandwich that's advertised as staying "fresh" for a year, lol.
Speaking of cans, I just cleaned out my pantry and threw out about 20 cans that were expired. I hate being so wasteful, should know better not to over buy. Of course I emptied all of them than recycled it.
You're a good egg for emptying and recycling. I'd just pitch them out. We have very few cans of anything, and they rarely go to waste. The only things I buy are canned soup (for a pinch, in case home alone without husband-meal-maker, lol) and lychees for lychee martinis. And amazingly, those lychees always get used, lol.Quote:
