We have a grind and brew. It is seriously loud. Somehow, though, everyone sleeps through it.Originally Posted by Kaykaykay

OK, I tried comparing various one-cuppers online and am confused by all the choices. I read reviews of malfunctions and breakages and don't know which to buy.
I got the Keurig Platinum model. Two people I know have it and are happy with it, and my brother recommended a large water reservoir so I don't have to refill as often.Originally Posted by Kaykaykay
Also, it works as quickly and easily as people say. I'm a little concerned about the cost of k-cups but I've heard that good deals can be found. When I registered with Keurig I got a coupon code to get two boxes of cups free when I buy two more.Originally Posted by Kaykaykay
In case you're interested, I stumbled across this earlier when I was looking up one-cuppers on Amazon:
There's an outfit that sells a 30 K-cup sampler for about $30, which is sort of pricey, but they let you pick every one of those 30 from a selection of about maybe 50 K cups, so you can try out many brands and flavors without buying a boxful of each and maybe not liking them.
I'll look for that. The sign up deal from Keurig makes the cups about .35 each. I've also heard that Supervalu grocery stores (Albertsons, etc) has a generic brand that is inexpensive but good.

After doing lots of research online yesterday I'm sticking with my Dolce Gusto as it still seems to suit me best.
