    My Doctor also suggested I cut down to one cup a day. That's what I did.......you should see the size of my new cup, it's huge!!!

    I have just poured myself a glass of low fat vanilla soy milk and 4 coffee cubes. Not bad!

    That sounds good.

    My husband is making pancakes and coffee. I'll see if he wants to try freezing leftover coffee. He freezes chicken stock in ice trays for individual servings as needed.
