I'll have to post pictures of my old G3 Strawberry iMac here when I get round to it, I wonder if any of our other (close to) 300,000 members have those old iMacs, between us we may have every flavour?
Marchant, gotta love them all.
I can actually repair these. No electronics past the caps on the motor and 100% pure cams, rods, cogs and such.
God I Be Old
Girls for some reason find me irresistible.
I am a technical writer with thoughts of best sellers; a TV series or movie deal in my head. Perhaps a reality series. My reality will scare you to death, I'll tell you what. HBO late night, only and only if you are 18. And like naughty words. I know them all and I invent new ones daily.
I like BOTH Oprah and Martha Stewart. And the Grand Ole Opry and Stringbean. To me, Hee-Haw is like home.
I adore banjos and the men that play them. I really should clarify: I love their talent, not that I do not find Earl particulary alluring. I especially Earl and Ron Block. I love AKUS, The Utah Symphony, The Doors, Chamber music, Gregorian chants and many others. I love most music from the past.
I love repairing Access/Fox Pro databases and pounding sheet metal. I am single, I like fine scotch, good cigars and motorcycle sidecars and the women that love them.
I live in Utah. No tats, no illness and my enemies are not talking, but they are being dealt with.
I like hand made crochet work, vintage banjos, fountain pens, kittens, rare minerals, philatelic materials, bars/dives/taverns; electric guitars and Hurdy-Gurdy music. Not to mention, vintage motorcycles, loud amps (Marshall Stacks as high as the heavens) and MIDI. I am old but still ever so much a child. I once played the flute, then the B-Flat coronet. Darn right I was grand. I also have appeared on stage, in a production of "The Music Man." Also, in several print ads because I was a cute and gifted child.
I like hippies--the real hippies--not the fakers. I live in an endless summer of love, but nobody to love, so it is an endless summer. Except for Christmas and the fat man.
I despise Rap music with a blinding passion.
The Happiest Place on Earth is not Disneyland; it is in my head. You should come visit the place. Just avoid the spiders, snakes, and other things that scare most people. I will serve pie and coffee.
If I catch you mistreating a cat or a dog, you will learn a thang or two. I know those here will not ever hurt an animal, so relax. My shall we term it a "bike club" and Bob will never visit you late at night.
I do not ski, but I love swings. I am a fine dancer and pie maker. People love me because I buy them stuff. I have never liked boring clothes; I use to wear a dark green Mickey mouse shirt with yellow pants and a hat. A nice Tam or Fedora. no feathers, however.
I have been in the electronics manufacturing business, the photo business and I worked in the...., hmm, how to put it. The "collections business" for some fine self-employed "bankers."
I do not break the law except for speeding which is allowed. I do not suffer fools lightly and I hate the undereducated and just plain idiots I encounter daily.
I do not like kids, they annoy me no end. Sorry.
Other than that, the records are sealed by the courts, the NSA and the FBI that protects me.
Clear things up for ya?
I now live in Las Vegas. I mean St. Croix or is it England? No it is in Lake Wikepedia, MN. That's it, I remember now. I live in North Carolina.
I'm sure you meant "navel."
