Can someone please tell me how to make a large picture file smaller to send it to a non apple PC. When I send pictures from my camera to e-mails the picture isto big to view except for on another Apple device. How to make them smaller to send to PC?

When you send larger photos by email you should see the image size to the right in the CC/Bcc, From: field. Tap this and it will give you the option to send the photo(s) as Small, Medium, Large, and Actual Size.

From iPad (3rd gen) Camera

Small = 320 x 240
Medium = 640 x 478
Large = 1296 x 968
Actual = 2592 x 1936
