this app is awesome, its called Time 2 Eat from a company called Red Piston.and its not complicated or tons of steps, it just simply reminds you when to eat small meals during the day to help you lose a bit of weight, if you are like me, and end up eating three huge meals during the day. i hate crazy diets, so im just trying to consciously make an effort to eat small snacks everyday and so far this app has really kept me in check! just that small reminder has helped me a lot. DEFINATELY try it if you are trying to curb your eating habits!!
