I love those old B&W movies for real Christmas nostalgia......I just light the open fire, switch a few fairy lights on and put on an old Christmas movie and I'm instantly into the spirit of the festive season!Originally Posted by Hayles66

See? I told you Xmas films are never too early to watch. You need a couple of months to get into the spirit. Helps to have a glass of wine as well. Ahhh! Brief Encounter. Classic. I have a few old Audrey Hepburn films. What a beautiful woman she was. I also have a few Fred Astair films. Love the old romantic films. Another time.

Watched it on Zune last night.
All I can say is I was pleasantly surprised.
Didn't know Tom Cruise, Alec Baldwin and Paul Giamatti can sing. And sing well!
Great supporting cast - strong voices all around.
