Just like that it is now summer! I enjoy all the photos that are posted in various threads, but most of my come from my walks in parks near my home.

Canada geese and a mallard - common sights along the way. No red winged blackbirds posed for me but I heard plenty.

This tiny frog (toad?) was hard to get as he's so close to the color of the path. There were plenty of them in the grass on the edge.

I was planning to photograph the wild roses but got a surprise.

Fantastic pics you took of your walk, czevski! Love the pic of the toad--tiny little guy, eh?

I need to take some pics next time I go for a walk at the university or maybe even our downtown park! Might be able to catch some guys fishing if I'm lucky!

Just walked outside prepared to take a picture of the Super Moon, unfortunately it's still too cloudy!

With a little luck you can try again in ~ 2 hours, when the moon is completely full.

The old garage has gone. There is lots of rubbish to go. I'm thinking they may be building a prefabricated garage. I'll be keeping some interest in their project

Thanks for the comments about our flowers. I have the sprinkler on at present, watering the whole front garden. Then the rearmost garden needs a good watering as the trees shelter it from rain, and roots suck out ground moisture.

If you can stay calm while all around you is chaos then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation
