A few days ago--we have this circling above around our neighborhood. It ended up being a very bad Motor Vehicle Accident just a few blocks from where we lived.

People just need to slow down--and not lose sight and focus on the road they are driving on!

Down here...we have about 4-5 inches still present, but is slowly melting. The temperature has continued to rise to the 40's everyday.

Last week Tuesday into Wednesday we had a heavy snowstorm. I took this Wednesday at ~ 3 AM to get ready for work. Sorry-a little dark--

I decided to park my car close to the end of our driveway so we would have less to shovel. The snow was quite heavy and lots of it!

Oh yes...after all these years, I just finally realized to do that. What a brilliant idea to do that, it really helped when I pulled out. We had about 8 inches by then. I kept praying that the snow plows wouldn't come in as we were shoveling to leave us another snow pile at the end. I really hate when that happens!

Same here, AA. In public car parks, I always try to reverse into parking spaces. It's so much easier to do, and good for a rapid exit. I must admit I feel a touch smug when a driver takes my vacated space and takes several moves back and forth to get nose first into the space

I was lucky-the snow plows came later in the morning before my husband left for work!

I never thought of doing that before....why, I have no idea. Maybe, it has to do with many years of having a Sports Utility Vehicle I didn't have to worry about heavy snow. Now with my hatchback car, my tires are half that size!
