I don't think they change. All 3 just look like the photo. They usually don't show up until it's almost dark. I've also seen them late at night.

Wow, great! And they are too many. Hoping I also have a backyard like yours, or maybe...can we be neighbor?
I haven't posted in my own thread in a while...I was hoping to have some beautiful snow scene shots, but we haven't had any since Christmas.
However, we did have a herd of 7 deer come through the backyard about 3 days ago. In addition, a male cardinal has been resting under one of our pines all day today.
