Look carefully at the first photo for some clues to the identity of the camera.

Here is a photo of the entire front of the camera.
You'll notice that it says Bell&Howell on the camera.Bell&Howell were the Canon distributors in the United States at the time and had Canon place the Bell&Howell name on the cameras made for sale in the United States.
