It's a Hummer H2 SUV,marketed by General Motors under the Hummer Brand. It was made under contract by AM General at it's plant at Mishawaka,Indiana,USA.

Yes it is a Hummer H2, but not the SUV.

It is a barrier of sorts,but not for a level crossing.

Looks like a "Road closed" sign. As seen on road construction sites.
