I am saying that this has nothing to do with the Olympics 2012, the Swedish team or the Swedish fans arriving here or still in Sweden.

So the design & colours do represent the Swedish flag.

But it's nothing to do with sport.

I think we're going to need another clue here. Is this one of those challenges that can't be solved without local or inside information unavailable to members outside the local area?

Yes, correct about the Swedish/ English marriage. But not in the news the way you mean it (ie, the pair are not "celebrities".)

I am correct,this challenge does require insider knowledge,which I don't have. We need more than an anonymous blurred photo here. The purpose of additional clues is to lead people closer to the answer,not push them further away.
